We mainly do hand-deliveries only, which means someone at the delivery address will need to be present to receive the order.
We will not leave food on your doorstep unless you specifically instruct us to do so. Do keep in mind that there is an extra fee for doorstep deliveries.
We will notify that when we are en route and arrive at the pickup location.
Upon receiving your delivery, refrigerate your meal packs as soon as possible. They are safe in the box for 6-8 hours once delivered and during summertime 1-3 hours pending where you are located for extreme heat. You can freeze the meals, and it will still taste fresh. If you do decide to freeze, we recommend that you extend your cooking time to 4-5 mins when heating.
We can guarantee to cancel a newly billed order if the request is made before the Thursday 11:59pm CST cutoff. We cannot guarantee our Customer Experience team can stop and cancel an order after the Thursday 11:59pm CST cutoff.
Cancelling a subscription does not cancel an already billed order. If the order has fully processed and/or has left our facility, we will not be able to stop the delivery.

There is no obligation to continue service past any given delivery, however, you must either manually cancel your subscription in your customer dashboard or request via chat to cancel your subscription or we will continue delivering meals to you.
Chef Shaby y Su Mai is a weekly recurring subscription. Meal selection is available Monday from 9 am CST until Thursday at 12 pm CST. If meals are selected, billing starts 12-24 hours after the meals are selected for the following week’s delivery and before that billing occurs, you can make changes.
If no meals are selected by Thursday 12 pm CST, your next delivery will be chef-curated based on your meal plan and exclusions; billing will occur Saturday. Our cut-off to skip, modify, or cancel is Thursday at 12 pm CST. If a request needs immediate attention, contact us.

Every order is picked up on Sundays at Buccee’s Denton or Buccee’s Fort Worth, and customers are notified if pickup times change on holiday weekends.
