Chef Shaby y Su Mai prepares fresh meals every weekend to give customers the best possible flavor and freshness throughout the week.
Most meal prep dishes last between 3 and 4 days in the refrigerator. This means meals picked up on Sunday stay fresh through Wednesday or Thursday. Meals containing seafood should ideally be eaten within 2 to 3 days for best quality.
Some dishes can be frozen and reheated later:
Keep meals sealed and refrigerated immediately after pickup. Do not leave meals in a warm car for extended periods. If you experience long drives, bring a cooler bag to maintain freshness.
